Who is really G-Mac?
G-Mac is a reggae and dancehall artist born and grew up in Kingston, the capital of Jamaica.
When he was in high school he realized, that the power of music can bring joy and happiness to « Human Beings » and he found out, that he had the passionate love for it too.
When G-Mac was thirteen years old, his musical inclination first became manifest as a member of the Six-Part Gospel Group, Shade, connected to Harbour View´s St. Boniface Church and he took his first taste performing for an audience.
After leaving Jamaica for New York in 2000 G-Mac featured on a concert in Buffalo alongside Live Wyah and it was then that his stagemanship became undeniably evident.
Three years later, upon his return to Jamaica, G-Mac was introduced to the famed cultural sing-jay Sizzla Kalonji, who becomes his mentor and tutor.
Some of his biggest achievements included the Too Bad Tour in Canada, performing alongside Buju Banton, also at the biggest show in Jamaica » Sting » for two consecutive years.
2009 and 2010 he took part to Reggae Sumfest. G-Mac performed at Spring Break the hit song « Question » featuring Sizzla.
2011 G-Mac impressed the audience with his spectacular voice in Belgium and Italy. This was followed by the G-Mac Citiylock Tour December 2012 to February 2013 in countries like Austria, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, France and Belgium.
Some of his most notable collaborations are with the reggae legend Ken Boothe, the song « Love In Your Eyes ». Other collaborations were with Hurricane Chris, the platinum selling rapper in the USA, one with Junior Reid and three with Sizzla Kalonji, including the remix of his hit song « Holding Firm » which has been number one on the reggae charts in Jamaica.

From hardcore dancehall to soulful lovers rock, ably wrapping his distinct vocal attributes and imaginative penmanship, G-Mac glides across the scales around every demand.
Now he is recognized as one of the fast rising talents out of Jamaica and well established in reggae icon Sizzla Kalonji´s judgment yard crew.
G-Mac has currently taken over the radio air waves with songs such as « All Jah Jah Children », « Tonight », « My Life », » I Could Never ».
